About the role

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Division of Emergency Medicine, in partnership with Seattle Children's Hospital, is seeking 2 additional full-time providers to join their faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Join a dynamic team of clinicians and researchers dedicated to improving pediatric emergency care.
  • Contribute to clinical practice, teaching, and research activities within the Division of Emergency Medicine.
  • Engage in clinical scholarship and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in emergency medicine.
  • Participate in educational initiatives for medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree (or foreign equivalent).
  • Board certification or eligibility (or foreign equivalent) in Emergency Medicine.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Washington.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pediatric emergency medicine is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to patient care, education, and research.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
