Pediatric, Echo Attending

The Division of Pediatric Cardiology in the Department of Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) and Albert Einstein School of Medicine is seeking a board certified/eligible pediatric cardiologist with advanced training in cardiac imaging to join our dynamic practice as Echo Attending.

About the role

We are particularly interested in candidates with research experience and an interest in trainee education. The candidate must be an outstanding clinician dedicated to the care of hospitalized children and their families, and an excellent teacher of learners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient cardiology services
• Participation in the ACGME-accredited pediatric cardiology fellowship program
• Teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows
• Research opportunities

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible pediatric cardiologist
• Advanced training in cardiac imaging preferred
• Experience with transesophageal and fetal echocardiograms
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
