Responsibilities
- Manage the care of the pediatric diabetes patient population
- Develop expected patient outcomes
- Define appropriate resource utilization
- Set customer satisfaction goals
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the inpatient pediatric diabetes program
- Serve as a clinical expert
- Provide education and consultation services to internal and external groups
- Collaborate with other disciplines to facilitate diabetes care across the continuum
Requirements
- Associate degree in health-related profession
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience
- CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) certification required or must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Current license as an RN in the State of Florida or Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
- Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $31.78 - $42.90 / hour
- Hiring Incentive: $8,500 relocation bonus, to those who qualify
Schedule
- Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:30:00PM (Monday through Friday)
