Pediatric Development Counselor
Targeted salary: $50,400 annually, based on experience. Benefits eligible.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Pediatric Development Counselor to join our team and support the developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will partner with families, healthcare providers, educators, and community resources to assess developmental needs, create individualized intervention plans, and provide guidance that promotes healthy growth and lifelong success.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- No experience required but must have completed counseling/clinical training in their graduate training program
- CPR certification or completion within 6 months of hire
Hiring contingent upon a background check. Travel may be required. Work schedule: Friday, standard/fixed schedule.
