Compensation & Benefits

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $300,000-$400,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
• In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000-$500,000.
