About the role

The Staff Pad has partnered with a thriving, privately owned pediatric dental practice in Springfield, Missouri, to find an exceptional Pediatric Dentist ready to build a long-term career in a high-growth, high-income environment. Earn $425,000-$600,000+ annually while practicing just four days per week. Increase your earning potential by performing hospital-based General Anesthesia cases—if desired. This is far more than a traditional associate opportunity. You'll join an established specialty practice with a loyal patient base, a strong referral network, modern technology, and significant unmet patient demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
• Perform restorative dentistry, stainless steel crowns, pulp therapy, extractions, space maintainers, and preventive care
• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists to provide a full spectrum of dental services
• Expand your scope of practice by performing up to 17+ hospital-based General Anesthesia cases per month (if desired)

Requirements

• Current Missouri State License to practice dentistry
• Completed residency training in pediatric dentistry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing score on the NBDE Part II exam

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DMD)
• At least 2 years of post-doctoral experience in a pediatric dental setting
• Experience with hospital-based General Anesthesia preferred
