About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an RN or MD.
- Assist with surgical procedures as directed by the surgeon.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery and ensure proper sterilization.
- Monitor patient vital signs during and after surgery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in South Carolina.
- Experience in the Operating Room preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
