Pediatric Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team of Pediatric Dental Specialists & Orthodontists in Los Angeles, Orange County & Inland Empire.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
• Supporting the team with great, high-caliber instruments and reliable, quality supplies from the most reputable, dependable companies
• Ensuring regulatory and facility compliance
• Managing a steady flow of patients of all payor types

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree Pediatric certificate degree from an accredited dental school in the U.S.
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Nitrous Sedation Certification
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required
• IV weekly with a dedicated team of anesthesiologists

• Willingness to work full-time or part-time

Pay

High-end compensation in the industry, guaranteed base plus percentage of production
