About the role

Join a well-established, doctor-owned pediatric dental practice in Nashville, TN! We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a busy, independent practice with an established patient base, experienced clinical team, modern technology, and strong clinical support. Exceptional new graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship from an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry, including sedation and general anesthesia
• Enjoy full clinical autonomy with mentorship available

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree
• Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency
• Tennessee licensed or eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Board eligible/certified preferred

Skills

• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Kind, positive, and team-oriented
• Excellent with children and parents
• Comfortable with sedation/general anesthesia or willing to train

Pay

• Transition to approximately 35-36% of net collections
• Competitive earning potential based on experience and productivity
• Sign-on and/or relocation assistance may be available

Schedule
