Quince Orchard Dental Care offers a full range of pediatric, general, and cosmetic services, as well as periodontic, endodontic, and orthodontic services on-site, supporting comprehensive treatment for patients within the same familiar setting. The practice participates with most PPO insurance plans.

Your Impact In This Role

  • Deliver comprehensive pediatric patient care — with a focus on patient comfort, education, and outcomes.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
  • Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
  • Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity, and growth.

Pay

$90,000 to $140,000 annually

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
  • GPR or AEGD preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
