Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, part-time Pediatric Dentist to join their team in Post Falls, Idaho. Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, high-quality care in an established, high-volume pediatric patient base.
• Focus on patient care while the practice handles scheduling, administration, and overhead.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited US Pediatric Dentistry Residency program (Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred).
• Licensure: Active Idaho Dental License, or active Washington Dental License (with the ability to obtain ID licensure via reciprocity).
• Strong communication skills, excellent behavior management capabilities, and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric dentistry.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with children and families.
• Passing a drug screen is required for this safety-sensitive role.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 100,000 - 450,000 USD per year.

Practice in a modern, fully digital pediatric dental office located in Post Falls, Idaho, conveniently accessible from Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Spokane, WA.
