We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become an early team member and play a key role in helping establish clinical workflows, organization systems, and the overall culture of the practice as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for pediatric dental procedures
• Instrument sterilization & operator setup
• Digital radiographs
• Scheduling & confirming patient appointments
• Answering phones with professionalism & warmth
• Supporting efficient patient flow
• Participating in marketing & community outreach efforts
• Assisting with orthodontic procedures (training provided)
• Helping to grow the practice through excellent patient service & engagement

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Open to cross-training in orthodontics
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
