Pediatric Dental Assistant

About the role

Dentistry for Children in Peachtree City is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience and a Georgia Expanded Duties Certification (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment
• Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients’ vital signs
• Manage patient records and scheduling
• Provide education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children

Requirements

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Georgia Expanded Duties Certification (optional but preferred)
