Join the caring team at Fort Worth Children's Dentistry as a Pediatric Dental Assistant. Our Dental Assistants play an essential role in creating positive dental experiences, helping children build healthy habits, and giving every patient a reason to smile.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for children.
• Assist dentists during dental procedures.
• Administer basic dental care and hygiene instructions.
• Manage patient records and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with sterilization processes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Help promote preventive dental care and education.

Requirements

• Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas.
• Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused personality.
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Passionate about working with children and creating positive patient experiences.
• Eager to continue learning and growing professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM
