Responsibilities

• Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Learn to provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical and preventive procedures.
• Patience & Anxiety Relief: Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties, put children at ease, and make visits fun.
• Clinic Operations & Sterilization: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms while strictly following CDC, OSHA, and ADA infection control protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with clinical and front office teams to maintain a smooth, cheerful daily patient flow.

Qualifications

• No prior dental assisting experience required! Experience in customer service, retail background, or 1 year of dental assisting experience are all welcome—we will provide full clinical training!
• Warm, enthusiastic, and patient-focused communication skills with a natural ability to connect with kids and families.
• A strong work ethic, a collaborative team-first attitude, a love for learning, and a passion for helping children.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
