About the role

Absolute Dental is urgently hiring a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and can help create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for young patients.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
• Helping children feel calm, comfortable, and supported
• Preparing and turning over treatment rooms
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
• Supporting charting and documentation as needed
• Working closely with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly
• Creating a welcoming, kid-friendly experience for patients and families

Requirements

• Must be willing and comfortable working with children
• Some dental experience required
• Positive, patient, and friendly attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and dependable
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
