At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, developing real connections and seeing progress firsthand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and families.
• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, including ventilator, trach, and g-tube care.
• Ensure client safety and comfort during home visits.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers and families.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN.

Pay

The base range for this role is from $27.00 to $35.00/hour, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

Thursday, Friday 6a-6:30p & Occasional hours.
