Pediatric Critical Care Provider

Role: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse Responsibilities Assess pediatric patients to determine their condition and needs.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Perform medical procedures and interventions as required.Consult with specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Educate and support families regarding patient care and treatment plans.Teach and mentor trainees and new staff members.Document patient care accurately and thoroughly within medical records.
