Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)
About the role
As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand‑new practice with Ivy’s established business systems, and receive direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders.
