About the role

Responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children in a clinical setting. Duties include assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional performance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Document progress notes and maintain client records according to regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and families
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
