About the role
Responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children in a pediatric setting. Duties include assessment, intervention planning, and direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote development and independence in children.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
