About the role
The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University is recruiting Pediatric Hospitalists to join our hospitalist team in the acute care cardiac unit at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (LPCH).
Responsibilities
- An integral part of a multidisciplinary team of care providers including attendings, experienced APPs, fellows, residents, medical students, nutritionists, case managers, and pharmacists.
- Close teamwork with our daytime providers with support by the cardiology fellows during night shifts.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatrics.
- Eligible to receive a medical license in the state of California.
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric hospital medicine and academics.

Pay
The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
- Clinical Instructor: $201,000 - $209,000
- Clinical Assistant Professor: $224,000 - $246,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding group of experienced physicians and APPs providing excellent clinical care to children and adolescents hospitalized with cardiac issues, including heart transplants, patients with heart failure and ventricular assist devices, surgical patients, and patients with arrhythmia.
