Pediatric Billing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of the billing department, including its staff of 6 billing specialists.
• Works closely with the practice manager.
• Leads various duties to maintain the integrity and consistency of daily billing, accounts receivable, collections and coding processes.
• Includes chart review, claims processing, payment reconciliation, insurance eligibility, communication with the medical provider team, insurance companies and with patient families.
