What You’ll Do
- Oversight and streamlining of billing and collections processes for assigned clients
- Closing of monthly billing cycles and preparation of timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports
- Leading and mentoring remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Serving as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships
- Designing, updating, and implementing billing procedures and training staff accordingly
- Interviewing, onboarding, and supporting contractor development
- Collaborating with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role
- Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
