We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Content: - Job Description paragraph: "The Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS), under the direction and supervision of the treatment team, provides direct therapeutic contact to patients through the delivery of specific groups designed to address the core psychological vulnerabilities which commonly lead to patients entering crisis. This role is furthered by providing individual, ad-hoc supportive contact with patients that focus on validating negative feelings, offering strategies for coping, building self-esteem, development of skills, and assessment of immediate risk to self and others. Perform tasks as assigned to ensure unit safety is maintained in accordance with the psychiatric technician essential functions (Visual safety rounds, room checks, inventory of patient belongings). Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM" We can treat this as "About the role" maybe. Then "Essential Functions" list: bullet points (some are sentences). We'll need to convert to
  • . Essential Functions lines: - Leads or co-leads educational and/or didactic groups. - Ensures a positive and safe milieu by role-modeling prosocial attitudes, providing platforms for positively engaged patients to do the same, strategically managing negative influences on the milieu. - In collaboration with the treatment team, participates in the overall environment of care, including safety interventions, patient care needs, assisting with ADL’s and self-directed resources. - Takes initiative to improve the work environment and guide others toward resolving problems/treatment questions. - May assist in mentoring and/or orientation of new caregivers and students. - Aligns with the Intermountain Operating Model and continuous improvement practices including idea escalation, unit project coordination, and change management. - Maintains high standards of professionalism and sets the example for patients and other caregivers by modeling appropriate and positive behaviors and coaching peers and patients in real time. - Completes timely and accurate documentation of groups, patient care interventions, and observations. - May provide more direct observation of acutely unsafe patients in collaboration with the treatment team and charge nurse, including instances when assigned to act as a 1:1. We can put under a heading "Responsibilities" or "Essential Functions". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map Essential Functions to Responsibilities. Then "Skills" list: Patient Safety, Communication, Leadership Behaviors, Problem Solving, Coaching, Skill Development, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence. Then "Minimum Qualifications": Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers; Demonstrated relevant work experience in a behavioral health or similar setting and ability to demonstrate all BHS job essentials. Then "Preferred Qualifications": Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or family studies; 6 months relevant work experience in a behavioral health or similar setting and ability to demonstrate all BHS job essentials. Then "Physical Requirements": a paragraph describing physical demands. Then location info: Location: Centerville Day Treatment Work City Centerville Work State Utah Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Then Pay: "The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $19.50 - $26.48" Then Benefits: "We care about your well-being – mind, body, and spirit – which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package that covers a wide range of programs to foster a sustainable culture of wellness that encompasses living healthy, happy, secure, connected, and engaged. Learn More About Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Here." We should not include boilerplate like EEO, AI, etc. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we will have: - About the role (maybe from first paragraph) - Responsibilities (Essential Functions) - Skills (list) - Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred? But we have separate headings Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide where to put Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put Minimum under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Or combine both under Qualifications. But we have both headings available; we can use Requirements for Minimum Qualifications, and Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications. That seems logical. - Physical Requirements maybe could go under Requirements? But we have a separate heading for Physical Requirements not in list. The allowed headings list does not include Physical Requirements; we could put it under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements as it's a requirement. But we have to avoid creating headings not listed. So we should not create a Physical Requirements heading; we can incorporate that content under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's about physical demands, it's a requirement. So we can add it under Requirements as a paragraph or list. - Schedule: we have Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Scheduled Weekly Hours 40. So we can create a Schedule section. - Pay: we have hourly range. - Benefits: we have benefits description. - Location: maybe we can include location in About the role or as a short paragraph; but we shouldn't create a heading for location unless we have a heading like "Location" not in allowed list. So we can fold location info into About the role or maybe a short paragraph after About the role. We must not repeat the job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

The Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS), under the direction and supervision of the treatment team, provides direct therapeutic contact to patients through the delivery of specific groups designed to address the core psychological vulnerabilities which commonly lead to patients entering crisis. Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Location: Centerville Day Treatment, Centerville, Utah. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.

But we already have Schedule section later; maybe we should not duplicate schedule. Better to put schedule in its own section. So About the role can omit schedule and location? But location we can include in About the role as a short sentence. Let's decide: About the role: description of role (first paragraph) plus location. Schedule: separate section with Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Scheduled Weekly Hours 40. Pay: separate section with hourly range. Benefits: separate section. Skills: list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications + Physical Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual content. Now produce HTML. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Skills list, we can use
. For Responsibilities (Essential Functions) we can use
. For Benefits we have prose, not a list; but we could still use

. For Requirements we have Minimum Qualifications (list) and Physical Requirements (paragraph). We'll need to decide if we treat Minimum Qualifications as a list. Let's structure:
