Pediatric Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed care to at-risk and emotionally disturbed youth.
• Assess health needs, administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor behavioral and emotional status, respond to crises with therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and residential staff to develop and support individualized care plans.
• Promote safety, stability, and help youth build life skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and youth-focused empathy.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis response preferred.
• Commitment to healing, advocacy, and collaborative teamwork.
