Pediatric Audiologist - Norton Children's

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hearing and provide treatment/intervention for typically developing and special needs populations ages birth–22.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including natural sleep and sedated ABR/ASSR.
• Conduct evaluation, fitting, and follow-up care for hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
• Provide cochlear implant evaluation, programming, and follow-up.
• Perform bone-anchored hearing device evaluation, programming, and follow-up.
• Formulate treatment plans and collaborate with related professionals (SLP, ENT) to execute the plan of care.
• Collaborate with ENT providers for clinic coverage and with other specialties within NCMG to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide inpatient evaluations as requested.
• Provide clinical precepting for AuD students and 4th-year externs.

Qualifications

Required: Doctorate Degree and Certificate of Clinical Compliance-Audiology.
