About the role
Pediatric Anesthesiologists are needed to provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients under the supervision of anesthesiologists.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in research and teaching activities related to pediatric anesthesia.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric physiology and pharmacology.
- Proficiency in managing complex cases.

Pay
The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
