Want a great lifestyle without giving up great compensation? We are looking for a Pediatric-Comfortable Anesthesiologist to join our Abington Surgical Center team. This is a Monday–Friday, 40‑hour/week position with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. Exclusively surgical center work with a predictable schedule and an excellent work‑life balance. Our surgical center cares for a broad range of patients, with a significant pediatric component, including ENT, urology, and other ambulatory surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage pediatric airways and provide anesthesia to younger patients in an ambulatory setting
• Perform anesthesia for ENT, urology, and other ambulatory surgical procedures
• Ensure a safe, comfortable experience for pediatric patients and their families

Requirements

• Recent, meaningful experience with young children
• Confidence in managing pediatric airways
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with kids
• Pediatric fellowship training is a major plus

Skills

• Pediatric airway management
• Ambulatory anesthesia for ENT and urology cases
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families

Benefits

• $50,000 sign‑on bonus (requires a 2‑year commitment)

Pay

• Base compensation: $400,000 per year
• Pediatric fellowship‑trained: $470,000 per year for Years 1 & 2
