About the role

The Division of Allergy and Immunology in the Department of Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Einstein) is seeking candidates to join our dynamic and growing faculty. CHAM is a quaternary care, academic children’s hospital in New York City, serving the diverse patient population of the Bronx, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley.

Responsibilities

• Manage the spectrum of allergic and immunologic diseases including but not limited to food allergy, asthma, primary/secondary immunodeficiency, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis
• Participate in fellow, resident and medical student education
• Engage in scholarly activity and research
• Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates

Requirements

• American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI) Certification or Eligibility
• Energetic and enthusiastic clinician
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Competitive salary of $200,000-$300,000 commensurate with academic rank

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology
• Experience in academic medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
