Responsibilities
- Practice at the top of licensure

Requirements
- Board certified by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Unrestricted Oregon licensure
- Current DEA certification
- Must pass a drug test prior to employment
Qualifications
- Pediatric outpatient experience is preferred
