About the role
Our Urgent Care is expanding and we are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join our supportive and collegial team. Our goal is to provide the best care for patients in the most efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Offering acute care with workflows designed by urgent care & ED physicians
- Acess to Regional Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department
- Efficient triage offering acute and fast track lanes of care and virtual care support
- Comprehensive imaging and laboratory services available on site including same-day ultrasound, EKG, CT and X-RAY
- Specialist provider support through consult & follow-up visits
- Strong mentorship within the department
- Dedicated RN & MA support
- Flexible shift scheduling
- No NIGHTS & No call
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant required by start date
- Unrestricted OR State Medical License required by start date
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
- Experience working in the urgent care/emergency department
Qualifications
- Preferred: Urgent care or emergency department experience as an NP or PA

Pay
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
Schedule
Full-time or part-time with clinic hours Monday-Friday from 8am - 6pm or 9-7 (hour admin time, Saturday-Sunday & holidays from 8-5 (1 hr of admin time))
