Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role: Provide specialized inpatient care to pediatric cardiac patients in the Cardiac Inpatient Telemetry Unit. Responsibilities Assess patients and interpret diagnostic data to inform care decisions.Develop and implement individualized care plans and prescribe appropriate therapies.Monitor patient progress and document all aspects of care accurately.Educate families about patient conditions and care procedures.Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications And Skills Experience in pediatric cardiac care or related inpatient settings.Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Additional Details: This is a full-time nocturnist position requiring weekend and holiday availability.
