Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role: Provide acute care to pediatric patients in a 24-bed hospital unit. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and diagnose health issues.Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients.Perform routine medical procedures and interventions as needed.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care practices.Work under the supervision of a licensed physician to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills Relevant clinical experience in pediatric acute care.Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient education skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.Knowledge of pediatric health issues and treatment protocols.Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills.
