About the role
The Pedagogical Employee BSO at HappyNurse is responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment for children after school hours. They organize diverse activities that align with the children's developmental levels and interests, support them in social skills and teamwork, and observe and report on their behavior and development.
Responsibilities
- Organize and carry out creative play, sports, and crafting activities that challenge and entertain the children.
- Support children with homework and daily tasks and assist them in planning and completing assignments.
- Inspire social development through group activities and support children in conflict resolution.
- Observe and document behavioral and developmental signals and report these clearly to colleagues and parents.
- Maintain supervision during indoor and outdoor activities and ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues in planning groups, exchange information during handovers, and contribute to smooth cooperation.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in pedagogical work, School Assistant, or a comparable education.
- Experience working with children aged 4 to 12 years is preferred.
- Creative in designing and implementing activities. Good collaboration with parents and colleagues.
- A valid VOG certificate.
- You have a minimum language proficiency level 2F (level 3F can be obtained through HappyNurse).
