Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
- Create and update menus and technological cards.
- Prepare food and support daily kitchen work in one location.
- Ensure food quality, food safety, and hygiene requirements are met in all three kitchens.
- Plan raw material needs, organize orders, and monitor inventory.
- Prepare food procurement documentation and manage activities related to PRIA support.
- Visit branch kitchens and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Vocational or secondary education.
- Estonian language proficiency: B2 (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in the catering field is beneficial.

Pay
Starting from 1300 EUR (gross).
Schedule
- Full-time position with rotating shifts: 6:30–15:00 or 8:00–16:30, according to schedule.
- 30-minute lunch break not included in working hours.
Work locations: Kesk tn 9, Parksepa alevik; Matussaare tee 5, Väimela alevik; Pargi tn 8, Sõmerpalu alevik, Võru maakond, Võru vald.
