Responsibilities
- Manage transportation projects from design through completion
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Lead project teams and provide mentorship
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support client relationships and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 8+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Experience with INDOT standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Compensation
