About the role

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
• Communicate project details and updates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements

• Educational background or certifications in construction management or a related field.
• Experience with construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
