- Day Hours: Tues & Sat 7a–7p
- Night Hours: Fri & Sat 7p–7a
- Client Specifics: 1 year old with g-tube, TPN, O2
- Location: Arlington (76017)
- Day Hours: Sat & Sun 6a–2p
- Night Hours: Thur 7p–7a
- Client Specifics: 4 year old with g-tube
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
