Pay Rate: Up to £15.84 per hour

About the role

At Arriva, we're exploring flexible working opportunities for qualified drivers at our North East depots. This campaign aims to understand the demand for part-time driving opportunities and the working patterns drivers prefer.

Responsibilities

• Help people get to work, education, appointments, and social activities safely and reliably
• Become a familiar face to our customers, delivering excellent customer service
• Manage various shifts and schedules as requested

Requirements

• A valid PCV Licence
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• A reliable and realistic availability pattern that you can commit to consistently

Pay

Qualified Drivers with at least 18 months bus driving experience within the last 5 years:
Weekdays: £15.54 per hour
Weekends: £15.84 per hour
Bank Holidays: £40 bonus per shift

Drivers who do not meet the above experience criteria may start on a lower introductory rate in line with company policy.
