About the role
PCU Registered Nurse (RN) - per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality patient care in acute-care hospital settings
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Managing cardiac rhythms
- Administering medications and therapies
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials as required
