About the role
We are seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem shifts in hospital settings, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Manage cardiac rhythms and patient status changes
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure accurate electronic medical records
- Follow infection-control and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Adapt to various hospital units as needed
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least 2 years of recent PCU experience
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Latest QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
