PCT Trainee

The Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee) will be in training to learn how to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities

• Learn to perform hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite and the local center's policies and procedures.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision, including taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Perform blood tests and document appropriate patient information.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• One (1) year of medical experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification required within 18 months of hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification (for CA locations only) required within 18 months of hire date.

Pay

USD $25.00 - USD $25.00 per hour.
