About the role

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Transport clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to supervisors
• Adapt to and support clients with varying levels of ability and mobility

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly populations preferred
• Passionate about providing compassionate care

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to follow care plans and routines

Skills

• Empathy and patience
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, scheduling)
• First aid and CPR certification (optional but beneficial)

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
