Ascentria Care Alliance has over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 to 102 years old. We provide non-medical personal care assistance to help clients maintain their daily quality of life, including tasks such as showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation for medical appointments and errands.
About the Role
We are seeking Personal Care Providers who can support our clients in achieving independence and enhancing their quality of life. This role requires a compassionate and patient approach, as well as the ability to adapt to individual client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as showering, personal care, and meal preparation
- Support clients with housekeeping and errand running
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings
- Adapt to each client's unique needs and preferences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and family members
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
