Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE LaunchConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Guide clients through VA loan eligibility, lender coordination, and the military-specific buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services
Qualifications
- You've Closed Deals: One to eight years in the business. You've proven you can convert, and you're ready to stop reinventing yourself with every new client.
- Who You Are: Military spouse, veteran, or brat is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is that you genuinely care about serving this community well. If you don't know what a PCS move feels like yet, you will.
- You Get the Life — Or You Want To: You're comfortable working remotely with clients, including virtual tours, video calls, and buyers who may not set foot in Texas before they make an offer.
- You Want Independence With Structure: You're not looking for isolation or micromanagement. Familiarity with VA loans is a plus — if you don't know them well yet, you must be willing to learn them thoroughly.
