PCBA Mechanical Assembler (NVD) - Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools, fixtures, and equipment to assemble mechanical components and units
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality
- Inspect chassis and components for cosmetic and functional defects prior to PCBA installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Support team production goals and assist with related tasks as needed
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Effective communication with supervisors and team members
- Basic problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Qualifications
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing or PCBA/SMT environment preferred
- Languages: English proficiency is required, Mandarin or Vietnamese proficiency is a plus
