PCBA Mechanical Assembler (NVD) - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools, fixtures, and equipment to assemble mechanical components and units
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality
• Inspect chassis and components for cosmetic and functional defects prior to PCBA installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Support team production goals and assist with related tasks as needed

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members
• Basic problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing or PCBA/SMT environment preferred
• Languages: English proficiency is required, Mandarin or Vietnamese proficiency is a plus
