PCBA Mechanical Assembler - Day/ Swing (NVD)

About the role

A Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of mechanical pieces and contributing to the production line. Duties include using hand and power tools, following detailed assembly instructions, and supporting other manufacturing departments.

Responsibilities

• Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble units
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
• Inspection cosmetic chassis defects before installing PCBA
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment
• Language: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Skills: Great verbal and written communication skills, read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions, accuracy for documentation, effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees, common sense to solve practical problems, knowledge of ISO-9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610, attention to detail

Pay and Schedule

Pay rate: $20/h - $21/h
Shift: Day/ Swing
