About the role
The PCB Process Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing printed circuit board assembly processes. This includes designing and implementing new manufacturing techniques, analyzing process data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new PCB assembly processes
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCB manufacturing or related field
- Experience with process optimization and statistical analysis tools
- Strong understanding of IPC standards and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of CAD software for PCB design
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
