What You'll Do

• Creation and optimization of PCB designs based on input from electrical and mechanical engineers
• Take into consideration and follow design, signal integrity, power integrity, EMC and manufacturing guidelines
• Create and maintain manufacturing data (gerbers, pick and place, stencil, drawings and documentation)
• Create and modify schematics based on electrical design input
• Involvement in process definition and design guideline optimization
• Carry out design modifications on existing boards

What You Need To Apply

• 5 years layout experience
• Knowledge in PCB technologies and manufacturing
• Knowledge in basic Electronic design
• Sound knowledge of Layout tools (Preferably Altium)
• Sound knowledge of Electrical & electronic components – Surface Mount & through Hole (BGA required)
• High speed signal layout skills required
• Knowledge of IPC standards associated with PCB design
• Excellent communication skill and an ability to work co-operatively with others
• Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, self-motivating and the ability to plan and organize own tasks

Salary

$90,000 - $100,000 per year
